Airfares reimbursed at economy class for each flight sector of number hours or less and business class for each flight sector greater than number hours duration. Any travel undertaken at cheaper rates (e.g. discount fares) does not entitle the Supplier to reimbursement of the cost of any higher class of travel. Travel must be via the most direct and cost effective route. A ‘flight sector’ means from any one flight departure point to any one flight landing point;
Airfares. Employees who are employed on a fly in fly out roster will be provided with one return airfare from Xxxxxx Xxxxx to Perth each roster cycle. The employee does not have to take this airfare but any unused airfares will not accumulate. It is agreed that the provision of the airfares is of value to the employee. RSB Travel Pty Ltd is not responsible for any cost incurred to you as a result of these changes or alterations.
Airfares. Unless waived below, all air reservations must be made through Customer's authorized travel agency. If air reservations are not made through Customer's authorized travel agency, airfares will not be reimbursed. If waived, airfares shall be at the lowest rate available not to exceed coach. Airfares air flights undertaken in the course of performing the Services will be charged at cost plus 15%.
Airfares. (a) A full-time eligible RIS employee is entitled to two return airfares per annum from their work location to the nearest east coast provincial city to be taken in conjunction with leave. The shall keep the Company informed of the amount of any private insurance sickness or injury benefits to which he is entitled (whether or not these are received) and which are not covered by hospital insurance and a deduction of the amount of such benefit will be made by the Company from any salary payable under the foregoing paragraph (a); If the shall continue so incapacitated for a longer period than consecutive days or if he shall be so incapacitated at different times for more than working days in any one period of Fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks then and in and either of such cases the Company shall be entitled forthwith to terminate the engagement of the by notice in writing and thereupon the shall have no claim against the Company in respect of such termination. Airfares. If any pre-existing travel arrangements exist between McLarens Aviation and the client at the time of travel, that agreement will be adhered to when booking airplane tickets to travel to the designated location. If no such policy exists at the time of travel, McLarens Aviation employees will make all reasonable efforts to travel in the most cost effective manner in consideration of the urgency of the travel, duration of the travel to the destination and any other relevant factors. CAR RENTAL Rental cars will be rented for business purposes when travel to and from a claim location and the surrounding area requires it.
