Common use of Outplacement Clause in Contracts

Outplacement. The Corporation shall pay all fees for outplacement services for the Executive up to a maximum equal to 15% of the Executive’s Annual Base Salary used to calculate the Executive’s benefit under subsection 4(a), plus provide a travel expense account of up to $5,000 to reimburse job search travel.

Such reimbursements shall be limited to those amounts paid within 24 months of the Executive’s date of separation from service with the Companies.
