Health Benefit. Subject to Section 3(d), the Company will provide Health Benefit until the earlier of (A) a period of [[12][6]] months from the date of the Executive’s termination of employment, (B) the date upon which the Executive and/or the Executive’s eligible dependents becomes covered under similar plans or (C) the date upon which the Executive ceases to be eligible for coverage under COBRA or other applicable law or policy governing such coverage.
Health Benefit. During the period of 12 months beginning on the date of the Executive’s termination of employment, the Executive (and, if applicable, the Executive’s spouse and dependent children) shall remain covered by the medical and dental, plans of the Company that covered the Executive immediately prior to his termination of employment as if the Executive had remained in employment for such period; provided, however, that the coverage under any such plan is conditioned on the timely payment by the Executive (or his spouse or dependent children) of the portion of the premium for such coverage that other employees with the Company generally are required to pay for such coverage.

Health Benefit. Subject to Section 3(d), the Company will pay the premiums for the Executive and the Executive’s eligible dependents to continue healthcare coverage under COBRA at the rates then in effect for active employees, subject to any subsequent changes in rates that are generally applicable to the Company’s active employees (the “Health Benefit”), until the earlier of (A) a period of 6 months from the date of the Executive’s termination of employment, (B) the date upon which the Executive and/or the Executive’s eligible dependents becomes covered under similar plans or (C) the date upon which the Executive ceases to be eligible for coverage under COBRA or other applicable law or policy governing such coverage.
