Common use of Outplacement Clause in Contracts

Outplacement. For a 60-day period commencing on the date of the Qualifying Termination, the Executive is entitled to receive outplacement services from one or more organizations that are offered by the Company from time to time, with such services capped at a Company cost of $50,000.
