Common use of OVER 250 DAYS Clause in Contracts

OVER 250 DAYS. For all accumulated sick days in excess of two hundred fifty days, one day pay for each five accumulated days, said days pay to be compensable at the rate of ninety dollars ($90) per day effective July 1, 2004.
