Over-holding. If the Vessel continues to be moored at the Marina after the period applied for on the face of this Contract or after the termination otherwise of the right of the Owner to moor the Vessel at the Marina, the Owner shall promptly pay to the Company for such unauthorized moorage 150% of the present monthly rate charged by the Company in respect of vessels having the similar specifications as the Vessel. Over-holding. If the Vessel continues to be moored at the Marina after the period applied for on the face of this Contract or after the termination otherwise of the right of the Owner to moor the Vessel at the Marina, the Owner shall promptly pay to the Company for such unauthorized moorage 150% of the present monthly rate charged by the Company in respect of vessels having the similar specifications as the Vessel. The provisions of this Contract shall apply to such unauthorized moorage, except that the Company shall not be deemed to have consented to or permitted such moorage, and such moorage shall be month-to-month.
Over-holding. 15. If the Sub-Lessee should hold over after the expiration of the Term hereof granted without any further written agreement, the Sub-Lessee shall be a trespasser, whether or not the Corporation fails or declines to take any steps to obtain vacant possession.

If the Tenant remains in possession of the Leased Premises after termination of this Lease and if the Landlord then accepts rent for the Leased Premises from the Tenant, it is agreed that such over-holding shall create a monthly tenancy only and the tenancy shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Lease except those regarding the term.
Over-holding. 18.1 If Tenant shall continue to occupy the Premises after the expiration of this Lease with or without the consent of Landlord, and without any further written agreement, Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at one hundred and twenty percent (120%) of the base rent herein provided for, and on all other terms and conditions herein set forth except as to length of tenancy and the amount of base rent.

Over-holding. 26. If the tenant continues to occupy the Premises with the written consent of the Landlord after the expiration or other termination of the term, then, without any further written agreement, the Tenant will be a month-to-month tenant at a minimum monthly rental equal to twice the base rent and subject always to all of the other provisions of this Lease insofar as the same are applicable to a month-to-month tenancy and a tenancy from year to year will no be created by implication of law.

During the Over-Holding Period, either party may terminate this License in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 hereof.
