OVERBURDEN REMOVAL. Firestone will provide for the removal and replacement of System Components as necessary for the inspection and/or repair of leaks in a roofing system covered by a Firestone Red Shield Limited Warranty. NOTE: SkyScape Overburden Removal is only available for Firestone SkyScape vegetative media installed over a Firestone roofing system covered by a Red Shield™ Warranty. Overburden Removal shall not extend beyond the Warranty Period of the Red Shield Warranty under any circumstances.

OVERBURDEN REMOVAL. Falkirk will consult with Rainbow from time to time in advance of removing overburden as to the areas in which such removal will occur so that to the extent practicable the blend of coal delivered under this Agreement will be most suitable for consumption at Rainbow Station.
