Common use of Overdraft Fees Clause in Contracts

Overdraft Fees. There is an overdrawn or returned item fee for each overdraft check or item we pay or return, as disclosed on the Rate and Fee Schedule. These fees may be amended as set forth in our Rate and Fee Schedule. There is no limit to the number of overdrafts that could be paid on any one day.
