Common use of Overdraft Fees Clause in Contracts

Overdraft Fees. There is an Overdraft fee for each overdraft check or item we pay as set forth on the Rate and Fee Schedule. If we do not pay the overdraft, there is a Returned Item fee for each check or item we return as set forth on the Rate and Fee Schedule. These fees may be amended as set forth in our Rate and Fee Schedule. You will not be charged for more than 15 Courtesy Pay fees per day in any one checking account. If you have excess overdraft activity we will notify you in writing to consider discontinuing the Service.
