Common use of Overdraft Protection Plan Clause in Contracts

Overdraft Protection Plan. If we have approved an overdraft protection plan for you, we will honor drafts drawn on insufficient funds in your checking account by initiating a transfer of the necessary funds from a loan account or another deposit account of yours to your checking account. We will transfer funds to your checking account from a loan or share account in the order you have directed. Transfers from a deposit ac- count will be governed by this Agreement. Transfers from a line of credit account will be governed by your Loan Agreement.
