Common use of OVERHEAD PERSONNEL Clause in Contracts

OVERHEAD PERSONNEL. (a) STATE shall reimburse COUNTY for COUNTY overhead personnel when used on a State Responsibility Area wildland fire within the COUNTY’S SRA Protection Areas in accordance with criteria for determining reimbursement eligibility as outlined in the State/County Operating Plan described in Exhibit H.
