Common use of Overhead Schedule Clause in Contracts

Overhead Schedule. Cost Disclosure Questionnaire (“CDQ”)- Throughout the duration of the PA, Consultant shall, and shall cause all of its subconsultants to submit a revised CDQ to Agency’s PA Administrator within 30 calendar days of any changes to Consultant or subconsultant accounting practices pertaining to overhead and direct costs.
