Overseas Investment Filings. 5.5.1 The Purchasers shall as soon as practicable after the Signing Date, make the necessary filings with the relevant Governmental Authorities of the People’s Republic of China, including filings with the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China (“NDRC”), the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (“MOFCOM”) and as soon as practicable thereafter, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the People’s Republic of China (“SAFE”) (together, the “Overseas Investment Filings”).
