RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OWNER The Owner agrees to: Provide all documentation, records, and disclosures as required by law or required by the Agent to manage and operate the Property, and immediately notify the Agent if the Owner becomes aware of any change in such documentation, records or disclosures, or any matter affecting the habitability of the Property; Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Agent, and all persons in the Agent's firm, regardless of responsibility, from all costs, expenses suits, liabilities, damages, attorneys fees, and claims of every type, including, but not limited to, those arising out of injury or death of any person, or damage to any real or personal property of any person, including the Owner, for: Any repairs performed by the Owner or by others hired directly by the Owner; or Those relating to the management, leasing, rental, security deposit, or operation of the Property by the Agent, or any person in the Agent's company, or the performance or exercise of any of the duties, powers, or authorities granted to the Agent; This sub-section, and all rights to the Agent’s indemnification, shall be considered void if the Agent exemplifies any willful acts of gross negligence; Maintain the Property in a condition fit for human habitation as required by applicable State and local laws; Pay all interest on Tenants’ security deposits if required by applicable laws; Carry and pay for: Public and premises liability insurance in an amount of no less than one-million dollars ($1,000,000.00); and Property damage and worker’s compensation insurance adequate to protect the interests of the Owner and the Agent. The Agent shall be, and the Owner authorizes Agent to be, named as an additional insured party on the Owner’s policies; and Pay any late charges, penalties and/or interest imposed by lenders or other parties for failure to make payment only if the failure is due to insufficient funds in the Agent’s trust account available for such payment. In addition, the Owner agrees to replace any funds required if there are insufficient funds in the Agent’s trust account to cover such responsibilities of the Owner.
Joint Responsibilities The relationship between SAE ITC, the Activities and its Members shall be, and at all times, advisory only, and no party shall have the authority to enter into any contract or commitment in the name of, or on behalf of, any other party. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to confer upon either party the status of employee, agent, partner, joint venturer or legal representative of the other, it being intended by all parties to remain independent legal entities solely responsible for its own actions.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY The UNIVERSITY shall designate in writing a faculty member to coordinate with a designee of the FIELDWORK SITE.
General Responsibilities of the Parties 1. The Parties will work together in a spirit of cooperation and partnership, with the responsibilities and accountabilities set out in this Agreement, to implement the Programme Documents in full in a timely, efficient, and effective, manner. 2. The Parties agree to carry out their respective responsibilities in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, including the Programme Documents. 3. The Parties shall keep each other informed of all relevant activities pertaining to the implementation of the Programme Documents, and shall hold consultations when either Party considers it appropriate, including any circumstance that may affect the achievement of the results of the Programme and the Programme Documents. 4. The Parties shall fulfill their commitments with the fullest regard for the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the principles of the United Nations.
IRO Responsibilities The IRO shall: 1. perform each Claims Review in accordance with the specific requirements of the CIA;
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY City or its representative shall issue all communications to Contractor. City has the authority to request changes in the work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and with the terms in Exhibit A – Scope of Work. City has the authority to stop work or to suspend any work.

We may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee. • We may ask that you submit your request in writing. Please note, if you want to obtain copies of your medical records, you should contact the practitioner or facility. We do not generate, modify, or maintain complete medical records. • You may also request that we send a copy of your information to a third party. For example, even if you request confidential communications: ο We will mail the check for services you receive from a nonparticipating provider to you but made payable to the subscriber ο Accumulated payment information such as deductibles (in which your information might appear), will continue to appear on explanations of benefits sent to the subscriber ο We may disclose to the subscriber, as the contract holder, policy details such as eligibility status or certificates of coverage • You can ask us not to use or share certain health information for treatment, payment, or our operations. • We are not required to agree to your request, but if we do, we will abide by our agreement (except when necessary for treatment in an emergency). • You have the right to authorize individuals to act on your behalf with respect to your information. You must identify your authorized representatives on a HIPAA-compliant authorization form (available on our website) and explain what type of information they may receive. • You have the right to revoke an authorization except for actions already taken based on your authorization. • You can complain if you feel we have violated your rights by contacting us using the information listed on page 4. • You can file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. • We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint. • With your family, close friends, or others involved with your health care or payment for your care when you are present and have given us permission to do so. If you are not present, if it is an emergency, or you are not able to give us permission, we may give your information to a family member, friend, or other person if sharing your information is in your best interest. In these cases, the person requesting your information must accurately verify details about you (e.g., name, identification number, date of birth, etc.) and prove involvement with your health care or payment for your health care by providing details relevant to the information requested. For example, if a family member calls us with prior knowledge of a claim (e.g., provider’s name, date of service, etc.), we may confirm the claim’s status, patient responsibility, etc. We will only disclose information directly relevant to that person’s involvement with your health care or payment for your health care. • In a disaster relief situation. In these cases we never share your information unless you give us written permission: • Marketing purposes • Sale of your information • Disclose your psychotherapy notes • Make certain disclosures of information considered sensitive in nature, such as HIV/AIDS, mental health, alcohol or drug dependency, and sexually transmitted diseases. Certain federal and state laws require that we limit how we disclose this information. In general, unless we obtain your written authorization, we will only disclose such information as provided for in applicable laws. We typically use or share your health information in the following ways: • We can use your health information and share it with professionals who are treating you.
District Responsibilities With respect to all sums deducted by the District pursuant to authorization of the employee, whether for membership dues or equivalent fees, the District agrees promptly to remit such monies to the Association together with an alphabetical list of unit members for who such deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership or non-membership in the Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished.
Monitoring Responsibilities The Custodian shall furnish annually to the Fund, during the month of June, information concerning the foreign sub-custodians employed by the Custodian. Such information shall be similar in kind and scope to that furnished to the Fund in connection with the initial approval of this Contract. In addition, the Custodian will promptly inform the Fund in the event that the Custodian learns of a material adverse change in the financial condition of a foreign sub-custodian or any material loss of the assets of the Fund or in the case of any foreign sub-custodian not the subject of an exemptive order from the Securities and Exchange Commission is notified by such foreign sub-custodian that there appears to be a substantial likelihood that its shareholders' equity will decline below $200 million (U.S. dollars or the equivalent thereof) or that its shareholders' equity has declined below $200 million (in each case computed in accordance with generally accepted U.S. accounting principles).
Responsibilities of the Company 3.3.1 The Company shall provide participants of CopyTrade with a complete package of services according to the Customer Agreement. The Company is liable for proper performance of technological solutions according to the Customer Agreement. 3.3.2 The Company bears no liability to participants of CopyTrade for lost profit or losses, which may directly or indirectly occur as a result of trading operations performed or not performed by an Investor or a Trader. 3.3.3 The Company bears no liability to participants of CopyTrade for lost profit or losses, which may be directly or indirectly occur as a result of their ignorance of regulatory documents or cooperation scheme. 3.3.4 The Company doesn’t evaluate Traders’ professional skills and suitability not on a single stage of their activity and bears no responsibility to Investors for any losses or lost profit they may incur. 3.3.5 The Company is not liable for:
