Overtime Category. 13. Employees in the classes listed below shall receive twenty percent (20%) of their base weekly salary per week irrespective of the maximum of their pay grades as full compensation for all overtime hours. This category shall include only the following classes: Criminal Justice Training Coordinator Fire Safety Instructor & Program Training Instructor* Training Coordinator and Program Planner AC:Fire* *only applicable when an employee in this classification is regularly assigned by the appointing authority to a flex schedule.
