Overtime/Contract Labor Costs Borne by Xxxxxx. If the Lessor incurs overtime costs for its personnel assisting in setting up or breaking down an event, requires the use of additional personnel in addition to normal staffing levels, or incurs contract custodial costs during the event, those costs will be billed to the lessee within 14 days of the conclusion of the event and are the responsibility of the Lessee to pay in full.
