Overtime Meal. Employees requested to work more than two (2) hours overtime after completion of their regular shift, will be given one-half (1/2) hour on Company time to eat their lunch and will be given seven dollars ($7.00) meal money.
Overtime Meal. Employees who work beyond ten (10) hours per day shall receive a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour’s pay for time off to eat a meal, and each four (4) hours thereafter, but may take up to forty-five (45) minutes off for such purpose. Further to this, if an employee feels that he requires additional time off, he will request such additional time from the Xxxxxxx and if the request is reasonable the Xxxxxxx shall xxxxx same. This break shall occur at the regular meal hour.
Overtime Meal. When Employees are required to work extended hours in excess of thirteen (13) hours the Employee will be eligible to claim $20.00 in lieu of a meal and beverage.
Overtime Meal. An employee who works overtime beyond a regular shift shall be allowed a suitable meal and one-half (½) hour paid meal period in which to eat the meal at his/her straight time hourly rate of pay, provided such overtime is in excess of two (2) hours' work. The meal period may be taken before, during or after the overtime work, as may be mutually agreed.
Overtime Meal. When an employee works three (3) hours or more beyond his eight (8) hour shift, he will receive a meal allowance of $7.00. When an employee works three (3) hours or more on an emergency call out he will receive a meal allowance of $7.00. An employee may only receive one of these meals due to the same hours.
Overtime Meal. When Employees are required to work extended hours in excess of thirteen (13) hours, The Company will pay the cost of a meal of $20.00. If an Employee chooses not to take a meal break, they will be paid $20.00. The time required to consume the meal shall not be less than one-half (0.5) hour.
Overtime Meal. When an employee works four (4) hours or more of overtime, said employee shall be provided with a hot meal by the Company, or pay in lieu in the amount of ten ($10) dollars.
Overtime Meal. When Employees are required to work extended hours in excess of thirteen (13) the Employee will be eligible to claim $15.00 in lieu of a meal and beverage.
Overtime Meal. A. Employees shall be provided with a meal and an opportunity to eat such meal on the Employer’s time after completing approximately ten (10) consecutive hours of work (excluding the regular meal period) and at approximately six (6) hour intervals thereafter except as provided in C. below.
B. Employees called in for emergency work shall be provided a meal and an opportunity to eat such meal on Employer time at approximately six (6) hour intervals thereafter except as provided in C. below.
C. Notwithstanding the foregoing, meals will not be provided for employees in cases where the expiration of the six (6) hour period falls within one-half (1/2) hour of the time the employee is to be relieved from his work assignment.
Overtime Meal. (a) Call-In prior to Scheduled Shift Employee’s called in with less than two (2) hours of notice prior to the start of the scheduled shift are entitled to a hot meal or $12.00.
