Overtime for Work Other Than A Hold Over or Early Report. An employee who is called in to work at a time not immediately preceding or following his/her regularly scheduled work shift shall be compensated at the overtime rate for the greater of: such time actually worked; or four (4) hours. The four (4) hour minimum shall not apply to committee meetings for committees on which employees voluntarily serve. Any hours worked as a result participating in such committee meetings shall be compensated at the overtime rate on an hour for hour basis.
