20.06 It is agreed that the starting time of the Afternoon or Night shifts on the last regular shift of the work week shall not be changed to commence later than the starting time of that shift on the preceding day.

D) When overtime work is scheduled by the Company, it shall be distributed in an equalized manner amongst the employees in the classification normally performing such work in a given work station under the supervision of a Supervisor. The Company retains the exclusive right to determine when an overtime opportunity will be performed. The Company recognizes the equity of maintaining minimum differentials in the overtime hours amongst all employees within the classification. The decision to accept or refuse overtime shall be voluntary, but overtime refused or otherwise not worked will be counted as work for the first three (3purpose of calculating overtime distribution.
E) hoursIf sufficient employees willing to work overtime cannot be found in the given work station, the Supervisor may request overtime among other employees under his/her supervision, and double time after if a sufficient number is still not found, plant-wide.
F) A standard overtime roster will be maintained by classification within each department or workstation and will be posted daily.
G) Remedy: If an employee alleges that he or she has been bypassed in the first administration of an equal opportunity, and such allegation is substantiated, arrangements will be made by the Company to offer the equivalent amount of overtime within a two (2) month period from the date of complaint, or pay the employee the amount owed as if she or he had worked the overtime opportunity.
H) If an employee is requested to work overtime of three (3) hours on each shift. Overtime to be computed on each day or night’s workmore, provided at the total regular shift hours have been worked in their entirety. Overtime, if required, shall commence immediately following the completion of the regular shift hours. Should an Employee be late or absent for any part end of their regular shift, except as requested by the Companyemployee will have the following options:
1) If the cafeteria is open, it is understood that be given a hot meal in the equivalent cafeteria and a thirty (30) minute unpaid meal break will be provided (ie 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
2) Be given a meal allowance of $11.00 which will be provided on the employee’s next regular pay. In this instance, the employee will be provided with one (1) fifteen (15) minute unpaid break at the beginning of the missed time overtime assignment (ie 3:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.)
3) Be given one (1) fifteen (15) minute paid break at the beginning of the overtime assignment (i.e. 3:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.)
A) Premium rates shall be paid from 12:01 a.m. to 12:00 Midnight on the day of a holiday, except that such payment shall not be made for hours worked before to complete a shift started the normal starting time or following the normal quitting time afternoon prior to a holiday. Work performed on a holiday will be paid at straight timethe rate of double time with a day off with pay in lieu of the holiday worked or may be paid at triple time without a day in lieu, at the employee’s option. An employee starting more than one-half hour late shall be required to work eight (3½) 8) hours of work providedbefore the overtime rate becomes effective.
21.05 Unless mutually agreed otherwise by C) It is understood that when there are employees laid off in certain classifications, overtime in those classifications will be scheduled, with the Employee(s) intended overall result being the recall of all laid off employees and eventual increase in the Company, tenworking force of the Bargaining Unit.
