Owned Real Property; PSI Securities. (a) Schedule 5.6(a) contains a list of the real property owned by RMS to be transferred to Purchaser at Closing in accordance with the terms hereof (the "Owned Real Property"). Except as set forth on Schedule 5.6(a), the current use of the Owned Real Property by RMS does not violate any local zoning or similar land use or other Laws and none of the structures on the Owned Real Property encroaches upon real property of another Person, and no structure of any other Person encroaches upon any Real Property. RMS has not received notice of any pending or threatened condemnation proceeding, or of any sale or other disposition in lieu of condemnation, affecting any of the Owned Real Property. Each parcel of Owned Real Property abuts on or has direct vehicular access to a public road.
