Common use of Owner Controlled Insurance Program Clause in Contracts

Owner Controlled Insurance Program. The Owner has established an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP). To the extent required by the Owner, Contractor shall fully participate in and comply with all requirements of the OCIP. A copy of the OCIP Manual is attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by reference. However, if the OCIP is not used, Contractor agrees to meet the requirements for Insurance coverage referenced in Section 19.03. A copy of the Construction Safety and Health Guidelines is attached hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by reference.
