Owner Controlled Insurance Program. The term “Owner Controlled Insurance Program” or “OCIP” means a project specific insurance program initiated and administered by the Judicial Council, during the Construction Phase, to provide any or all of the insurance requirements that will insure the interest and activities of the Design Build Entity, any of its subcontractor(s) or their sub- subcontractor(s) performing work at or incidental to the Project site. The OCIP applicable to the Project is included in the Performance Criteria Documents and is incorporated by reference into these General Conditions.
