By its signature below, Owner acknowledges that Property Manager and Broker have informed Owner that (a) the designation of agency relationship set forth in Section 3 of this Rider has legal consequences and has advised Owner to consult Owner’s legal counsel regarding such consequences, and (b) pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 00-00-000 and 00-00-000, Owner, in its capacity as landlord of the Premises, shall not be vicariously liable for the acts of Broker that are not ratified, approved or directed by Owner.
