OWNER’S AGENT. Owner has hired Capstone On-Campus Management, LLC (“Agent”) as its property manager to conduct and handle all business for the Residential Facility. This includes addressing select Licensee issues, establishing and enforcing certain policies and procedures, and collection of License Fees. Agent will handle all matters regarding issues, policies and procedures outlined in the Owner’s policies for University housing (“University Housing Policies”). Note that when the term “Owner” is referenced herein, Agent is authorized to act on the Owner’s behalf.
OWNER’S AGENT. Owner has hired Capstone On-Campus Management, LLC (“Capstone” or “Agent”) as its property manager to conduct and handle all business for Xxxxxx Avenue Apartments, located at 000 xxx 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Catonsville, Maryland 21228 (“Facility” or “Facilities”). This includes addressing select Licensee issues, establishing and enforcing certain policies and procedures, and collection of License fees. Issues, policies and procedures not the responsibility of the Agent will be directed to the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (“UMBC” or “University” or “Residential Life” or “RL”). Note that when the term “Owner” is referenced herein, Agent is authorized to act on Owner’s behalf. Additionally, reference to Agent or Capstone herein shall also include any successor agent designated by Owner.
OWNER’S AGENT. An Owner's agent may act as an agent for the Owner only. An Owner's agent or subagent has the following affirmative obligations: To the Owner: A fiduciary duty of utmost care, integrity, honesty, and loyalty in dealings. To a potential buyer/lessee and the Owner:
a. Diligent exercise of reasonable skills and care in performance of the agent's duties. b. A duty of honest and fair dealing and good faith. c. A duty to disclose all facts known to the agent materially affecting the value or desirability of the property that are not known to, or within the diligent attention and observation of, the Parties. An agent is not obligated to reveal to either Party any confidential information obtained from the other Party which does not involve the affirmative duties set forth above.
OWNER’S AGENT. Owner has hired Capstone On-Campus Management, LLC (“Capstone” or “Agent”) as its property manager to conduct and handle all business for Millennium Hall. This includes addressing select Licensee issues, establishing and enforcing certain policies and procedures, and collection of License Fees (as hereinafter defined). Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Owner, Agent, and Towson University (“University”), Towson University’s Office of Housing and Residence Life (“HRL”) will handle all matters regarding issues, policies and procedures outlined in the University’s Policies for University Housing (“University Housing Policies”). Note that when the term “Owner” is referenced herein, Agent is authorized to act on Owner’s behalf. Additionally, reference to Agent or Capstone herein shall also include any successor agent designated by Owner. The Agent, however, is not authorized to act on behalf of the University.

OWNER’S AGENT. UPI/Owner has hired an agent as property manager (Capstone On-Campus Management herein/after referred to as "Capstone" or "Agent") to conduct and handle all business at University Ridge for UPI. This includes resident issues, policies, procedures and collection of rents. Note that when the name of UPI or Owner is referenced herein, Agent is authorized to act on UPI/Owner’s behalf.
OWNER’S AGENT. Owner shall designate an Owner's Agent who shall have authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters relating to this Agreement. Owner's Agent shall have authority to provide notice to and receive notice from Contractor and to exercise all other authority of Owner as permitted or required by this Agreement.
OWNER’S AGENT. Whenever this Agreement is signed by, or whenever the Resident pays the rent to a property manager, management company or other agent of owner, such person or persons shall be considered as Landlord of the premises, and shall be authorized to prosecute unlawful detainer actions in the name of the property manager or property management company or other named agent as authorized by 369 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of California without joining the owner of record or title owner as plaintiff.

The Owner hereby appoints the firm of PFD of Xxxxx House, 34 - 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, London, WC2B 5HA in conjunction with Intercontinental Literary Agency Ltd of 5 New Concordia Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0 0XX in association with Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Associates International Limited of 00-00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX, XX and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Associates Associates Prague as his agent and authorises the said agent to collect and receive all sums of money due to him under the terms of this Agreement and he declares that the receipt of the said agent shall be a good and valid discharge of all persons paying such sums of money to him and the Owner further declares that this appointment shall be binding upon his heirs and executors. The Owner hereby authorises and empowers the Publishers to treat with the said agent on his behalf in all matters concerning this Agreement. All payments due under the terms of this Agreement shall be made by the Publishers by bank transfer for the gross amount, free of all bank charges to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Associates Int. Prague client, Sort Code: , Account No. , IBAN: Swift/bic Code: . The Publishers shall simultaneously provide a copy of the bank transfer advice note to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Associates Prague.
