HOUSING POLICIES. 8.1 Students must meet University deadlines to retain eligibility for on-campus housing and to participate in housing processes, including submitting a housing application. Students who have non-degree or non-credit status are automatically placed on the wait list for housing if they submit a housing application. 8.2 Housing selection times are non-transferable. Continuing students who are eligible to participate in the 2021-2022 Online Housing Selection Process cannot transfer/sell their eligibility to any other student. 8.3 Should the demand for on-campus housing exceed the number of spaces available for returning residents, a housing lottery will be used to determine which students will receive housing. A lottery process will be announced if necessary, during the previous academic year. Refer to Section 2. Definitions, for more information about the housing lottery. If a lottery is necessary, students will be notified by February 1st. 8.4 All incoming first time, first year students, and all campus change students are required to live on-campus. First time, first year students admitted for the Fall 2021 semester and students approved to campus change to Storrs for the Fall 2021 semester are required to live on- campus for the full 2021-2022 academic year. First time, first year students admitted for the Spring 2022 semester and students approved for campus change to Storrs for the Spring 2022 semester are required to live on-campus for the Spring 2022 semester. Students may file an exemption request per the Residency Requirement. Any student who is not approved for an exemption to this policy will be assigned housing and billed accordingly.

HOUSING POLICIES. Residents in Emory University housing agree to abide by the policies found on the Residence Life and Housing Operations website at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx. All policies may be amended at any time at the discretion of the University, including but not limited to those on the Residence Life and Housing Operations website and the terms and conditions of this agreement.

HOUSING POLICIES. All Cazenovia College residential students are a vital part of the campus community, and as such the College outlines community standards and responsibilities in housing that support a positive experience and the success of the individuals engaged in housing. These policies work in tandem with the general college policies outlined in the Cazenovia College Student Handbook/Code of Conduct. COLLEGE POLICIES: Resident students shall be subject to all College rules, regulations and policies as stated in the current Catalog, Student Handbook and the College’s Occupancy Agreement and Housing Policies located on the College’s website or myCaz. Should regulations at the College be changed, this agreement will automatically incorporate such changes. COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITIES: Living in a residence hall is a privilege accompanied by corresponding responsibilities associated with community living. All residents assume responsibility for unaccounted loss or damage to any property in the public area (lounge(s), hallway, bathrooms, etc.) within their assigned residence hall. The charge for replacing items stolen or damaged will be divided equally among all floor or hall residents when the responsible party cannot be identified. Residents are required to bag and take their trash to the central drop off location for their residence hall. The need to remove trash found in common areas of residence halls will be treated as excessive service and be charged accordingly. ROOFS, LEDGES, WINDOWS AND SCREENS: Students are not allowed to sit, climb or walk through windows, on roofs or ledges. Students and others are not permitted to throw anything into or out of a residence hall window nor hang or place anything outside those windows. Screens are not to be removed from windows. Removal of screen and/or passing through windows may result in a fine/disciplinary action. ROOM KEYS/LOCK OUTS: Upon departure from the residence hall, room keys must be returned to a Student Affairs staff member, and residents must sign a Key Registration & Information Acknowledgement Form upon receipt and check out of their room. Failure to do so will subject the resident(s) to a lock-replacement charge of $50.00 and a key replacement charge of $25.00. Room keys may not be duplicated. If the room key is lost during the term of occupancy, a lock-replacement charge of $50.00 and a key replacement fee of $25.00 will be incurred. If a student incurs more than two lockouts, the student will be charged $75.00 ...
HOUSING POLICIES. Residence Life and Housing has adopted housing policies (the “Rules”) to supplement these Terms. The Rules are located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/residence-life-and- housing/policies. You acknowledge and represent to the University that you have read the Rules, that you understand them, and that you will comply with them. The University retains the right to amend the Rules at any time in its discretion, and you agree to comply with the amended Rules as long as they do not conflict with these Terms and you receive notice of the change.
