tied agent means a natural or legal person who, under the full and unconditional responsibility of only one investment firm on whose behalf it acts, promotes investment and/or ancillary services to clients or prospective clients, receives and transmits instructions or orders from the client in respect of investment services or financial instruments, places financial instruments or provides advice to clients or prospective clients in respect of those financial instruments or services;
authorised agent means a passenger sales agent who has been appointed by us to represent us in the sale of air transportation on our services.
Designated Agent means any entity that performs actions or functions on behalf of the Transmission Provider, a Transmission Owner, an Eligible Customer, or the Transmission Customer required under the Tariff. Designated Entity:
Lead Agent has the meaning given to it above;
Titled Agent has the meaning given that term in Section 11.9.
Authorized Agent means an agent who is legally authorized to bind the Seller under the law of the State in which the Seller is legally organized. An Authorized Agent must sign all documents in the Bid Packet on behalf of the Seller. Under Oklahoma law, the Authorized Agent for each of the following types of entities is as stated below:
Balloting Agent means Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC, in its capacity as notice and balloting agent for the Debtors.

Registered agent means the registered agent of:
Titled Agents means each of the Syndication Agents and the Arrangers, and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
County Representative means the individual obligated to perform the duties of county representative under section 9.
Creditor Representative means, with respect to Series 2023-2, the Indenture Trustee.
City Representative means the Representative or appointee engaged by the City to supervise the work.
Agent means any Registrar or Paying Agent.
Investor Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).
Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Nominated Representative means, in respect of each party, the person whose details are set out in the Special Conditions (if any).
Contractor Representative means any of the following:
Non-bank fiduciary or agent means a fiduciary or agent other than (a) a bank, as defined in Section 3(a)(2) of the Securities Act, or (b) a savings and loan association, as defined in Section 3(a)(5)(A) of the Securities Act.
Contractor Agent means any person mandated by a Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the Prime Contractor and thereby acquire rights for the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture against NHLS or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture in favour of NHLS or an organ of state.
Senior Agent means the Person acting as agent from time to time for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders under the Credit Facility, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity.
Billing agent means a telephone utility that includes in a bill it sends to a customer a charge for a product or service offered by a service provider.[PL 1999, c. 59, §1 (NEW); PL 1999, c. 59, §3 (AFF).]
Second Lien Administrative Agent shall have the meaning assigned to the term “Administrative Agent” in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.
Second Lien Agent means has the meaning assigned to the term “Administrative Agent” in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.
Distributor representative means a representative employed by a distributor branch or distributor.
Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.
