Ownership and Warranty Period. Title to the Equipment shall pass to Customer upon delivery to the carrier. The “Warranty Period” for the Equipment shall be for a period of ninety (90) days from such delivery (unless otherwise required by law).

  • Title and Ownership Warranty Contractor warrants, represents and conveys (i) full ownership, clear title free of all liens, or (ii) the right to transfer or deliver perpetual license rights to any Products transferred to Authorized User under this Contract. All intellectual property developed, originated, or prepared by Motorola in connection with providing the Software, Designated Products, Documentation or related services, remains vested exclusively in Motorola, and Licensee will not have any shared development or other intellectual property rights.
