Ownership by the School District. As between the School District and TNTP, the School District owns all Student, Participant, and Impact data incorporated in the Work. The School District agrees that TNTP may use such data to perform its obligations hereunder (including the incorporation thereof into the Work) and may use such data on an anonymous, aggregated basis for its other legitimate business purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of publication/presentation by TNTP. The School District acknowledges that, for such purposes, TNTP may identify the School District as the source from which the data originated.

  • Termination by the School The School may terminate this agreement:
