Ownership of Modifications. Any modifications, adaptations or derivative works of the Xxxxxx soft Software or the Customer Products shall be owned as set forth in this section:
Ownership of Modifications. Licensee shall retain its ownership of all modifications made by Licensee to the sample source code provided under this attachment, subject to PalmSource’s ownership of the underlying sample source code and the covenant not to Assert set forth in Section 10.6(c) (Covenant Not to Assert) (“Retained Modifications”). In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the ownership terms of this Source Code Attachment No. 10 and those in either of this Agreement or Source Code Attachment No. 2, the terms of this attachment shall control.
Ownership of Modifications. Unisys shall own all right, title and interest in and to any Licensed IP Modifications made by Unisys and FLO shall own all right, title and interest in and to any Modifications made by FLO to any Unisys Intellectual Property. Neither party will have any obligation or duty to the other party to report nor license back Modifications made by such party to such other party and for the avoidance of doubt, no such licenses are granted in this License Agreement.
Ownership of Modifications. All improvements and modifications to the Licensed Technology shall remain the sole and absolute property of UOR and SRS. ASEC does not obtain any rights, title or interests, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, in the Licensed Technology, other than the license conferred herein. Any equipment or other ideas not comprising the Licensed Technology shall be the property of ASEC.
Ownership of Modifications. Tepha hereby assigns to Metabolix all of its right, title and interest in and to the Modifications, including any and all intellectual property rights therein. Tepha also agrees to promptly execute all assignments and patent applications, and similar documents as reasonably requested by Metabolix. If Metabolix shall be unable to obtain Tepha's execution of such documents for any reason, Tepha hereby irrevocably appoints Metabolix and its agents as Tepha's agents and attorneys-in-fact to execute such documents with the same legal effect as if Tepha shall have executed them.
Ownership of Modifications. XXXXXXXXX and M.I.T. retain ownership of any TANGIBLE PROPERTY, whether or not included or incorporated within modifications.
Ownership of Modifications. All improvements, refinements, optimizations, advancements, developments, modifications, know-how, derivative works or other creations that are related to the Licensed IP and are made by Licensee or Licensee’s employees, consultants, officers, agents or affiliates (collectively, “Modifications”), shall be exclusively owned by Licensee.

Each party shall own all rights, title, and interests, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, patent rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, in and to any modifications or improvements of the Licensed Technology, including Inventions and Derivative Works, made, created or developed by or for such party independently of the other party. Such modifications or improvements shall not be deemed co-developed or made or developed jointly, or to be joint work or jointly owned, by reason of this Agreement or the use or incorporation of all or portions of the Licensed Technology in such modification or improvement. Neither party obtains by this Agreement any rights, title, or interests, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, in the modifications or improvements of the other party. Neither party has any obligation to disclose or license such modifications or improvements. RealVision does not obtain any rights, title or interests, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, in Derivative Works, other than the license conferred in Section 3 and as expressly stated in this Section 6.2.
Ownership of Modifications. Lender shall have the full right, title and interest, to all such changes, modifications and enhancements, including but not limited to the incorporation thereof into the Services for assignment, license or other transfers to third parties.
Ownership of Modifications. MCI and/or its Affiliates shall own all right, title and or interest in and to all changes, improvements, enhancements, derivative works or other modifications, along with the Intellectual Property Rights in any of the foregoing, made without participation of Z-Tel or use of Z-Tel services or facilities by or on behalf of MCI or its Affiliates or any of their sublicensees, to the Z-Tel Technology pursuant to the Technology License. If Z-Tel does participate in making such changes, improvements, enhancements, derivative works or other modifications, the Parties will negotiate in good faith prior to the commencement of any such Z-Tel participation a Statement of Work setting forth, among other things, the Parties' respective ownership, licenses, or other rights with respect to any such resulting modifications.
