Ownership of New Logos and Trademarks Developed During Contract. Any names, logos, and/or trademarks developed during and/or pursuant to this Contract that in any way associate with, identify or implicate an affiliation with State Parks and/or are funded by the State shall be approved in writing by the State, shall belong to the State upon creation, subject to express written agreement otherwise, and shall continue in the State’s exclusive ownership upon termination of the Contract. Further, all good will and other rights in said marks shall inure to the benefit of the State as the mark owner.
