Ownership of Output. Landlord acknowledges that Tenant is the exclusive owner of electric energy generated by the System and owner of all environmental attributes, tax attributes and environmental incentives and other governmental benefit or incentive programs attributable to the System.
Ownership of Output. As between the Parties, and subject to Customer's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer will be the exclusive owner of all Output.
