Ownership of the DTE Sample Clauses

Ownership of the DTE. A Chromebook, power adapter, and protective case will be distributed to each student for use while enrolled in District 74 and in a remote learning period. This and other DTE is school property and is to be returned to the school district upon return to in-person instruction or at the end of the school year, whichever comes first. Parents/students shall be responsible for safekeeping and maintenance of the DTE. If the DTE is damaged or destroyed, the parents/students shall be responsible for its replacement. Use of the DTE at school or at home shall be subject to all applicable District policies, rules and procedures.

  • Waiver The waiver by any party hereto of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.

  • Purpose The purpose of this Agreement is to identify the terms and conditions of the relationship between TIPS and Vendor. Public entities and qualifying non-profits that properly join or utilize TIPS (“TIPS Members”) may elect to “piggyback” off of TIPS’ procurements and agreements where the laws of their jurisdiction allow. TIPS Members are not contractual parties to this Agreement although terms and conditions of this Agreement may ensure benefits to TIPS Members.

  • Term The term of this Agreement will be ten (10) years from the Effective Date (as such term may be extended pursuant to Section 4.2, the “Term”).
