Ownership of Your Content. As between you and us, you retain all right, title and interest in and to Your Content and all Intellectual Property Rights in Your Content. Our rights to access and use Your Content are limited to those expressly granted in the Agreement.

However, when you as a User post or publish Your Content on or in the Services, you represent that you have all of the necessary rights to grant Parity the license set forth in Section 4.3. Except with respect to Your Content, you agree that you have no right or title in or to any content that appears on or in the Services.
Ownership of Your Content. As between G2 and You, You exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in and to Your Content. To the extent You embed or post Your Content on the Site in connection with Your Site Profile license(s), You hereby grant G2 and its Affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, and publicly display and perform Your Content throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised, on the Site and/or applicable sub-licensee’s websites. Subject to the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, G2 acquires no right, title, or interest from You under this Agreement in or to any of Your Content.

However, when you as a User post or publish Your Content on or in the Services, you represent that you have all of the necessary rights to grant Civic Eagle the license set forth in Section 3.3. Except with respect to Your Content, you agree that you have no right or title in or to any content that appears on or in the Services.
Ownership of Your Content. When you share or upload content, like photos or videos, on our Services, you still own the intellectual property rights. Your rights to your own content are not taken away by these Terms. To make our services work for you, we need your permission (also known as a "license") to use the material you share. When you share, post, or upload photos, videos or other material that have copyrights or other rights on our platforms, you will be giving us a special kind of permission to keep and use this material. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license. This will allow us to store, copy, and share your content on our Services.
