Local Residents Local residents shall not be entitled to commercial accommodation and board or subsistence allowance. On camp jobs they shall not be entitled to camp accommodation.
Resident Educator A Resident Educator is a teacher employed under a resident educator license.
RESIDENT 1. For the purposes of this Convention, the term “resident of a Contracting State” means any person who, under the laws of that State, is liable to tax therein by reason of his domicile, residence, place of management or any other criterion of a similar nature, and also includes that State and any political subdivision or local authority thereof. Registered Office and Resident Agent The Registered Office and Resident Agent of the Company shall be as designated in the initial Articles of Organization/Certificate of Organization or any amendment thereof. The Registered Office and/or Resident Agent may be changed from time to time. Any such change shall be made in accordance with the Statutes, or, if different from the Statutes, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. California Residents A married applicant may apply for a separate Account. As required by law, You are hereby notified that a negative credit report reflecting on Your credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if You fail to fulfill the terms of Your credit obligations.
Immediate family or household (1) The entitlement to use carer’s leave and compassionate leave in accordance with this clause is subject to the person being either: (a) a member of the employee’s immediate family; or (b) a member of the employee’s household.
Ownership by Limited Partner of Corporate General Partner or Affiliate No Limited Partner shall at any time, either directly or indirectly, own any stock or other interest in the General Partner or in any Affiliate thereof, if such ownership by itself or in conjunction with other stock or other interests owned by other Limited Partners would, in the opinion of counsel for the Partnership, jeopardize the classification of the Partnership as a partnership for federal tax purposes. The General Partner shall be entitled to make such reasonable inquiry of the Limited Partners as is required to establish compliance by the Limited Partners with the provisions of this Section.
Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.
