PaaS Service Architecture Sample Clauses

PaaS Service Architecture. The PaaS Service leverages third-party cloud infrastructure, such as Microsoft’s Azure, and is operated in a multi-tenant environment designed to segregate and restrict customer data access based on business needs. The architecture provides an effective logical data separation for different customers via customer-specific unique identifiers, allows the use of customer and user role-based access privileges and provides separate environments for different functions, especially for testing and production, and provides additional data segregation. 4IR and the third-party cloud provider operate a shared security responsibility model, where the third-party cloud provider is responsible for the security of the underlying cloud infrastructure (such as datacenter facilities, hardware and software systems).
