Packaging Artwork. Where Patheon is required to originate or change artwork for the supply of any printed packaging components such artwork shall be supplied by SciClone to Patheon in an agreed format and the cost associated with the set up and origination [****] Patheon costs as set forth in Schedule B.
Packaging Artwork. Licensee shall be responsible for artwork and design for the packaging and labelling in the Territory, which Licensee shall ensure complies with all applicable Marketing Authorizations. Licensee shall be entitled to have its trade-marks displayed on the packaging for the Products. The Products shall also include the language “distributed by Theramex HQ UK Limited” or such other equivalent in English and any other language as may be required under Applicable Law for the Territory. The language may alternatively reference one of Licensee’s Affiliates in the Territory.
Packaging Artwork. 5.2.1 Elite shall acquire all Labeling and Packaging materials for the Products supplied to Dexcel under this Agreement, such Labeling and Packaging materials to be in accordance with the requirements of the Marketing Authorization.

Reliant shall supply to Cardinal Health for Manufacturing and Packaging, at Reliant’s sole cost, the API and applicable reference standards in quantities sufficient to meet Reliant’s requirements for each Product as further set forth in Article 4. Prior to delivery of any of the API or reference standard to Cardinal Health for Manufacturing and Packaging, Reliant shall provide to Cardinal Health a copy of the API Material Safety Data Sheet (“MSDS”), as amended, and any subsequent revisions thereto. Reliant shall supply the API, reference standards, and Certificate of Analysis FOB the Facility no later than thirty (30) days before the scheduled Manufacture Date upon which such API will be used by Cardinal Health. Upon receipt of the API, Cardinal Health shall conduct identification testing of the API. Cardinal Health shall use the API solely and exclusively for Manufacturing and Packaging under this Agreement. The maximum volume of API that Reliant supplies to Cardinal Health shall not exceed the amount reflected in the Firm Commitment and the next six (6) months of the Rolling Forecast.
