Common use of Packaging planning Clause in Contracts

Packaging planning. All parts must be packed in such a way that damage and reductions in quality during transport and storage are prevented. This is irrespective of whoever is responsible for paying the costs of packaging. The Supplier ensures that the goods are delivered in suitable packaging released by the Customer. Any other packaging must be agreed on in advance and released by the Customer. In the case of packaging which is provided by the Customer, the Supplier shall maintain a stock account which shall be submitted to the Customer at any time and on request.
