Paid Jury, Court Witness or Jury Selection Leave. The Employer shall grant leave of absence without loss of pay, seniority, or accumulative benefits to an employee who serves as a juror, witness in any Court, or who is required to attend jury selection. The employee will present proof that he/she attended as a juror, witness in Court or for the purpose of jury selection. Any remuneration the employee receives from the Courts will be over and above his/her pay and benefits from the Employer.
