Paid Release Time for Negotiations. For contract renegotiations, Swedish Medical Center will provide one (1) hour paid release time for every member of the bargaining unit for the Union's negotiating committee. These monies are intended to supplement the bargaining unit's vacation donations to negotiating team members. The total number of hours available will be determined on the first day of bargaining, based on the total number of represented employees on that day.
