Common use of Painters, Drywall Finishers, Wallcoverers Clause in Contracts

Painters, Drywall Finishers, Wallcoverers. EMPLOYEES covered by this Agreement shall have the right to respect any legal primary picket line validly established by any bona fide labor organization, and the Union party to this agreement has the right to withdraw employees covered by this agreement whenever the Employer party to the agreement is involved in a legitimate primary labor dispute wit any bona fide organization.
