Picketing. The parties recognize that the Union and employees may engage in peaceful, informational picketing in accordance with the law, the Civil Service Rules and Regulations, and this Agreement. The following guidelines and provisions, although not necessarily exclusive, are agreed to by the parties: 1. Picketing will be peaceful and non-threatening. 2. Picket line members, if employees in a covered Bargaining Unit, will be off duty. 3. Pickets will not cause entry to State-owned or occupied premises to be delayed or denied or attempt to persuade employees or the public not to cross picket lines. 4. All picketing paraphernalia will be removed from the picketing site by the Union whenever picketing is not being engaged in. 5. Picketing will be conducted only at entrances to Employer owned or occupied premises, in a manner which does not impede or interfere with the public's use of public property, and only on portions of public property where such picketing does not interfere with normal operations or access.

Picketing. Unless otherwise prohibited by federal or Nevada law, notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, it shall not be a violation of this Agreement, or cause of discharge or other disciplinary action, if an employee refuses to enter upon any property involved in a lawfully constituted picket line, sanctioned by the UNION. This exception to Section 1 of this Article shall not apply in cases of emergency or need to maintain essential services.
Picketing. It shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement for an employee to refuse to cross a picket line of a legally striking union.

Picketing. The Company agrees that no employee shall be required to cross any picket line until clearance has been obtained from the President of the Union or his/her appointee. The Union will make prompt investigation of any picketing situation involving Company employees. In the case of a legal picket, the Union will make every effort to obtain clearance from the affected Union.

Picketing. 12.01 Employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a legal picket line or to perform the work of those who are on a legal strike pursuant to the Labour Relations Code of BC. Failure to cross a legal picket line, or to perform the work of those who are on a legal strike as defined above, shall not be considered grounds for disciplinary action or otherwise to be a violation of this Agreement. 12.02 The Union shall make prompt investigation of any picketing situation involving Company employees. In the case of a legal picket, the Union shall make every effort to obtain clearance from the affected Union. Illegal picket lines shall be disregarded. 12.03 The Company agrees that no employees shall be required to cross any picket line until clearance has been obtained from the President of the Union or his/her appointee. 12.04 During the term of this Agreement, there shall be no strikes, slowdowns or interruption of any kind in the work of the bargaining unit by any employee, the Union or any person acting on behalf of the Union, whether or not such strike, slowdown or interruption has been authorized by the Union; nor shall the Company lockout bargaining unit employees.
Picketing. It is hereby agreed between the parties to this Agreement that no employee will be required to enter any building, property or business where a picket line is in evidence, when such picket line is legally established under the statutes of the Province of British Columbia.
Picketing. The Contractor’s agreement with any bargaining unit shall include a no-strike clause or, in the alternative, a clause that requires the employees covered by that agreement to complete all of the dispute resolution procedures in that agreement and required by applicable law before engaging in any self-help actions. If employees of the Contractor picket facilities of the Authority, or lawfully honor a picket line of another union at an Authority facility, in connection with a labor dispute of any kind, and if the Contractor is unable to provide normally scheduled Services, the Contractor shall reimburse Authority for legal and related expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, incurred by the Authority in its efforts to terminate such picketing. To the extent that such picketing or honoring such picket lines disrupts the operation of the Authority Commuter Railroad Operations Services, the Contractor shall reimburse Authority for any and all costs related to the service disruption. If picketing activities cause the Contractor to incur any additional costs in meeting the Agreement, there will be no reimbursement by Authority of such costs. CONTRACT NO.
