Panel Participation. Practitioner agrees to become a member of the published HWHN panels, which provide CAM Health, Services to Participants, at the reimbursement amounts as determined in the respective Group Agreements. The panels, which the Practitioner joins, are identified in Attachments and described in the Group Summaries.

Panel Participation. PROVIDER xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that as a condition precedent to participation on the IEFMC Workers Compensation Specialty Panel shall at all times remain duly licensed to perform workers compensation medical or ancillary services in accordance with California law. PROVIDER shall notify the IEFMC immediately of any suspension, revocation or other restriction upon his, her, or its licensure.
Panel Participation. I intend to freely give my services to The Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation (“SPJA”) as a Panelist, and I agree that participating in a Panel is an opportunity with real value to me. I agree that I am not eligible to receive compensation of any kind in return for my participation. SPJA may cancel my Panel for any reason and under no circumstances will SPJA be under any obligation to me. I am not an employee of SPJA and that I am not covered by SPJA’s employee benefits or Workers Compensation insurance.
Panel Participation. You may access the SHRM Research Panel website as a visitor without being a Panel member and without providing or disclosing Personal Information. To become a Panel member, you must receive an invite from SHRM, complete the Panel recruitment survey and provide certain Personal Information. Panel members are required to truthfully provide all information. SHRM reserves the right to restrict or prohibit your use of or access to the Services if you provide, or SHRM reasonably suspects you have provided, information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.

By becoming a Panel member, you agree to receive invitations to participate in surveys. You may choose not to participate in any survey, and, where permitted, you may choose not to answer any survey questions you do not wish to answer.   • Participations By the issuance of a Letter of Credit (or an amendment to a Letter of Credit increasing the amount thereof) and without any further action on the part of the Issuing Bank or the Lenders, the Issuing Bank hereby grants to each Lender, and each Lender hereby acquires from the Issuing Bank, a participation in such Letter of Credit equal to such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the aggregate amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit. In consideration and in furtherance of the foregoing, each Lender hereby absolutely and unconditionally agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Issuing Bank, such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of each LC Disbursement made by the Issuing Bank and not reimbursed by the Borrower on the date due as provided in paragraph (e) of this Section, or of any reimbursement payment required to be refunded to the Borrower for any reason. Each Lender acknowledges and agrees that its obligation to acquire participations pursuant to this paragraph in respect of Letters of Credit is absolute and unconditional and shall not be affected by any circumstance whatsoever, including any amendment, renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit or the occurrence and continuance of a Default or reduction or termination of the Commitments, and that each such payment shall be made without any offset, abatement, withholding or reduction whatsoever.

  • Participation Contributor will participate in any Work Groups (defined in the Policy) identified above, and any other Work Groups that it actually participates in or notifies ODIF that it wants to participate in, according to the rules and procedures in the then-current OpenID Process Document (“Process Document”), which is fully incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, and subject to the Policy.

  • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • Participation Fees Vendor or vendor assigned dealer Agreements to pay the participation fee for all Agreement sales to TIPS on a monthly scheduled report. Vendor must login to the TIPS database and use the “Submission Report” section to report sales. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealers are responsible for keeping record of all sales that go through the TIPS Agreement. Failure to pay the participation fee will result in termination of Agreement.
