The following language on labels and in catalogs addresses the level of chlorine used in the production process: 3) Totally chlorine-free (TCF). This applies to virgin paper fiber that is unbleached or processed without chlorine or chlorine derivatives. 4) Processed chlorine-free (PCF) applies to recycled paper fiber that is unbleached or bleached without chlorine or chlorine derivatives; however, since some of the wastepaper being recycled may previously have been bleached with chlorine, recycled paper products labeled PCF cannot be labeled TCF. Seat Covers: Shieldor or equal; iv. Hand soap: Powdered – Luron, Boraxo MD-7, or a “green” product; Liquid -- non-abrasive, antibacterial; Waxie (Green) 380204; v. All purpose cleaner (with a germicidal disinfectant): Simple Green, Maintex or Guardian or equal; vi. Feminine napkins: Kotex or equal; vii. Wood Cleaning: Any “Green” product viii. Floor finishes: (commercial quality) Stripper: Non ammoniated, Waxie W-400 stripper, Sealer: 16 percent solids, Waxie W-300 seale...
Paper Products. All such products shall be placed in paper bags commonly used for groceries. In the event of inclement weather paper products shall be secured in the manner herein above and covered by a secured plastic or placed inside a plastic bag.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Cardinal Health is unable to meet Client's requirements for Printed Components (other than due to the fault of Client) for a period exceeding ten (10) days, Client shall be entitled to purchase such Printed Components from another source, but only for so long as and to the extent that Cardinal Health is unable to meet such requirements, and such purchases shall count against the minimum Packaging Component requirements set forth above.

Paper Products. Food vendors must supply their own plates, bowls, cups (clear plastic preferred for cold drinks, and insulated hot drink cups, with a lid for hot beverages), napkins, and utensils required for serving food to customers. Paper products may not contain any logo other than the food vendor’s logo; supplier/sponsor logos are not allowed on paper products. Styrofoam products are not allowed. Fall for Rockford has adopted a “green” policy for the event. We encourage all vendors to utilize biodegradable products where possible.
