PAPER STORAGE. When Data is stored in physical, paper format, it: (a) will always be kept in a locked drawer or other location where unauthorized individuals are unable to access it; (b) will not be left in locations where unauthorized individuals are able to view such Data, such as on a public printer; and (c) will be shredded and disposed of securely when no longer necessary for the completion of the Purpose.
PAPER STORAGE. Paper should be stored in an environment as close as possible to the operational printer environment. If the temperature/humidity of the paper storage and printer operating environments are different, allow the paper to adjust to the operational environment before using. As a guideline, allow about 6 hours of acclimation for each 5.5 deg. C of temperature difference.
