Common use of Parallel Operation Obligations Clause in Contracts

Parallel Operation Obligations. The Interconnection Customer shall abide by all permissible written rules and procedures developed by the T & D Utility which pertain to the parallel operation of the Small Generation Facility. In the event of conflicting provisions the Interconnection Procedures shall take precedence over the T & D Utility’s rule or procedure. Copies of the Utilities rules and procedures for parallel operation are either provided as an Exhibit to this Agreement or an Exhibit that provides a reference to a website where copies of the rule or procedure is maintained.
