Paramedical Benefits Employee Coverage. Effective December 1, 2012, to help minimize the use of sick leave and enhance employee health and fitness, the Employer agrees to pay the premiums for single coverage paramedical services for full time employees up to $800 per calendar year for each benefit as follows: i) Physiotherapist ii) Clinical psychologist iii) Chiropractor iv) Osteopath v) Chiropodist vi) Podiatrist
