Common use of Paraprofessional Substitute Corps Clause in Contracts

Paraprofessional Substitute Corps. 13.20.1 As soon as administratively feasible after the start of the Fall semester, but in no case later than fifteen (15) days after the start of the school year, the District shall identify and establish a corps of at least ten (10) and up to thirty (30) six-hour paraprofessionals to serve in substitute assignments as designated by the District. All appointments shall be retroactive to the first day of the school year.
