-PARENTING/FAMILY LEAVE. The employer will comply with the Family and Medical Leave Act, by granting eligible employees up to twelve (12) weeks of FMLA leave, provided that an eligible employee has been employed by the County for at least twelve (12) months and has worked for at least 1,250 hours during that twelve (12) month period.
-PARENTING/FAMILY LEAVE. Members are entitled to leave consistent with the Federal and State Family and Medical Leave Acts.
