The nominated ‘responsible adult’ (or ‘educational guardian’) will be delegated the authority by you to make decisions relating to your child during your absence, including where the School is not able to contact you. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes Sixth Formers and all pupils.

All determinations necessary to give effect to the foregoing allocations shall be made in a reasonable manner as agreed to by the parties.
