Parents must notify us if they will be absent for a period of time. If at any time during your child’s time at the School you (or either of you) will not be in the United Kingdom at any time or will otherwise be absent from your main residential address for a period of longer than three (3) consecutive school days then you must inform the School immediately in writing and provide the details required by the School as a result, including the name and contact details for a ‘responsible adult’ for the period of your absence.

Parents must notify us if they will be absent for a period of time. If at any time during your child’s time at the School all those who have signed the acceptance form will not be in the United Kingdom at any time or will otherwise be absent from your main residential address for a period of longer than twenty four hours then you must inform the School immediately in writing and provide the details required by the School as a result, including the name and contact details for the responsible adult appointed by the parents to have the care of the child for the period of your absence.

The nominated ‘responsible adult’ (or ‘educational guardian’) will be delegated the authority by you to make decisions relating to your child during your absence, including where the School is not able to contact you. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes Sixth Formers and all pupils.

  • Maximum Enrollment The maximum number of students who may be enrolled in the School shall be 550 students, unless the School and District mutually agree to increase this number. This maximum enrollment was determined pursuant to negotiations between the District and the Network for the School and is consistent with facilitating the academic success of students enrolled in the School and facilitating the School’s ability to achieve the other objectives specified in this Contract. If the School wishes to enroll more than the maximum number of students listed above, the Network for the School must submit a written request to the District, in form and substance acceptable to the District, for review and consideration as an amendment to this Contract. The District shall approve any reasonable requests as determined by the District. This maximum enrollment should not exceed the capacity of the School facility. Each year, the School will be asked to affirm an annual maximum enrollment that will be used to determine mid-year enrollment and School Choice numbers.

  • Agreement with Respect to Continuation of Group Health Plan Coverage for Former Employees of the Failed Bank (a) The Assuming Institution agrees to assist the Receiver, as provided in this Section 4.12, in offering individuals who were employees or former employees of the Failed Bank, or any of its Subsidiaries, and who, immediately prior to Bank Closing, were receiving, or were eligible to receive, health insurance coverage or health insurance continuation coverage from the Failed Bank ("Eligible Individuals"), the opportunity to obtain health insurance coverage in the Corporation's FIA Continuation Coverage Plan which provides for health insurance continuation coverage to such Eligible Individuals who are qualified beneficiaries of the Failed Bank as defined in Section 607 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (respectively, "qualified beneficiaries" and "ERISA"). The Assuming Institution shall consult with the Receiver and not later than five (5) Business Days after Bank Closing shall provide written notice to the Receiver of the number (if available), identity (if available) and addresses (if available) of the Eligible Individuals who are qualified beneficiaries of the Failed Bank and for whom a "qualifying event" (as defined in Section 603 of ERISA) has occurred and with respect to whom the Failed Bank's obligations under Part 6 of Subtitle B of Title I of ERISA have not been satisfied in full, and such other information as the Receiver may reasonably require. The Receiver shall cooperate with the Assuming Institution in order to permit it to prepare such notice and shall provide to the Assuming Institution such data in its possession as may be reasonably required for purposes of preparing such notice.
