Parents must notify us if they will be absent for a period of time. If at any time during your child’s time at the School you (or either of you) will not be in the United Kingdom at any time or will otherwise be absent from your main residential address for a period of longer than three (3) consecutive school days then you must inform the School immediately in writing and provide the details required by the School as a result, including the name and contact details for a ‘responsible adult’ for the period of your absence.
Parents must notify us if they will be absent for a period of time. If at any time during your child’s time at the School all those who have signed the acceptance form will not be in the United Kingdom at any time or will otherwise be absent from your main residential address for a period of longer than twenty four hours then you must inform the School immediately in writing and provide the details required by the School as a result, including the name and contact details for the responsible adult appointed by the parents to have the care of the child for the period of your absence.
Parents must notify us if they will be absent for a period of time. If at any time during your child’s time at the School you (or either of you) will not be in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at any time or will otherwise be absent from your main residential address for a period of longer than three (3) consecutive school days then you must inform the School immediately in writing and provide the details required by the School as a result, including the name and contact details for a ‘responsible adult’ for the period of your absence.
Parents must notify us if they will be absent for a period of time. If at any time during your child’s time at the School you (or either of you) will not be in the United Kingdom overnight or will otherwise be absent from your main residential address overnight then you must inform the School immediately in writing and provide the details required by the School as a result, including the name and contact details for a ‘responsible adult’ for the period of your absence. The nominated ‘responsible adult’ (or ‘educational guardian’) will be delegated the authority by you to make decisions relating to your child during your absence, including where the School is not able to contact you. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes Sixth Formers and all pupils.
