Parking Availability. The Developer and City agree that they will negotiate in good faith a parking agreement for spaces located in the core downtown, if necessary in Developer’s and City’s reasonable discretion, not to exceed that number of permits reasonably necessary to satisfy the contemplated uses of the Project after construction of the private underground parking within Building A and the on-site parking constructed as part of the Infrastructure Improvements.
